Returns
Due to the nature of jewellery products, returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized Jewellery
- Personalized Name Jewellery
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging
Refund Process
After inspection and approval:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
